I am not doing well keeping up with this blog. So sorry, everyone! I guess I just don't have much to talk about on a daily, monthly, or weekly basis. Especially during the winter months. It's hibernation mode around the Yeats household!
But Spring is finally here and baseball season is in full swing. Get it?? Full SWING? Wow - that was bad. I apologize. Anyway, Colten is playing for the Cubs in the Greenwood Little League and he loves it. Addison is 19 months and loves her independence. She wants to walk everywhere all the time and climb up everything and wants to do it all by herself! Joel has started a new job at Indy Tire and loves it. He is doing great and is able to be at home A LOT more now. Yea!!
I have started writing for examiner.com as an Indianapolis Christian Entertainment writer. I enjoy writing and hope that I can gain experience for when I re-enter the workforce. I think it will look better on my resume then 7 years of being a mommy. Not sure why...but employers don't usually think that's legitimate work! CRAZY!!
On to future fun plans!! The Yeats are going to Disney World in June! I am so excited! We are renting a 7 bedroom house just 5 minutes from the Main Gate. We are getting a 6 day hopper and it will be 8 adults and 7 children under 8 years old! Colten and Addy are the only kids that have ever been (Addy was 3 months old on our last trip - so I doubt she is gonna remember). So, it will be so exciting for the kids. I want to cry when I think of them walking on Main Street and seeing the castle for the first time. I am so thankful for Joel's parents and making this all happen. This will be the vacation of a lifetime with all of us together! Only 37 more days!
Hope everyone out there in Blogger Land is having a great spring! Hope to talk to you sooner than later!

Wow Julie, I love your blog and learned so much-I think that's so neat that you are writing for the paper, Joel has a NEW job, and you're going to Disney as an entire family. That sounds awesome. Colten and Addy will have a ball (and I'm sure the parents too). Miss you!
